During the six weeks of Leadership Circle cohort program, expect 2-5 hours of weekly commitment, consisting of live sessions, small group coaching, a Slack community, social events, and 1:1 introductions to other fellows. The entire program is fully remote, so you can make the most of this program around your busy work schedule. While not participating in the Leadership Circle, you can access the weekly released sessions, talks, and Founders' Q&A. The sessions are usually 30 minutes long and your time commitment will be completely up to you.
During the 20-minute interview with one of the Co-founders, we will answer all of your questions and make sure the program is a good fit for your career goals. Applicants are accepted on a rolling basis and we onboard new members on a bi-weekly basis. We'll share the payment information only if you're accepted.Our programs are kept small and intimate, so we've been able to only accept about 25% of the applicants in the past.
